The Fulham Lillies seek to improve female representation at football, particularly men’s and women’s Fulham games, and foster an inclusive community that enables women to feel like they have a stronger voice in football.
Since its inception, my content and communication skills have been valuable in helping us:
Research, write, edit, and publish a report on the issues around taking younger family members to football matches, encouraging clubs to review and improve the inclusivity of their policy. You can read that here.
Building and creating an email communications strategy, including a welcome sequence for new Lillie’s members that encourages their role as a new member and explains the value of our work.
The work so far
Since its inception, we have been working to improve the visibility of female Fulham fans. Our communications are a vital part of our campaign work, helping us connect regularly and build relationships with our current members and the wider female football community.
